1. What area of your life are you currently focused on changing, improving or creating something new in? Career, money, relationships, health, family, lifestyle, personal growth—or anything else that matters to you.

2. Do you currently use any reflection or personal-growth practices—such as journaling, visualization, prayer, meditation or affirmations? If yes, tell us what you use and what you like about it. If not, that’s useful for us to know too.

3. Have you ever used a manifestation, visualization, journaling or personal-development app? If so, which one—and what did you like or dislike about it?

4. Would you realistically use Escalate at least 4 times during a 7-day test? A truthful no here is more useful to us than an optimistic yes.

5. Are you willing to provide candid feedback after the test?
